This Privacy Policy applies to the socialICE website, web application, and related services (the "Services") operated by socialICE Inc.("socialICE," "we," "us," or "our"). It describes how we handle personal information we collect from visitors, trial users, and customers.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services. This policy does not apply to any third-party platforms you may connect to socialICE, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
When you create an account or start a free trial, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any other details you choose to provide in your profile or through support conversations.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including the AI agents you activate, scheduling activity, credit usage, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
When you connect a social or content account (for example, Reddit, Quora, or a publishing channel) to a socialICE agent, we process the messages, posts, and scheduling data needed to deliver the feature you requested. We treat the content you generate and the accounts you connect as described in this policy and our Terms of Service.
If you upgrade to a paid plan, our payment processors collect and handle your payment details. socialICE does not store full card numbers on its servers.

The Services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected data from a child in error, please contact us and we will delete it.
socialICE and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the Services, you consent to these transfers, and we take measures designed to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.
